Submitting an NTE Increase Request

Checked In and the job is going to cost more than the received NTE?

Just enter in what you've done so far and what you plan to do and send it to the customer for approval.

NOTE: The work order status must be "Checked In" in order to submit an NTE Increase.



NTE Increase Entry:

Enter your incurred costs, including a Description of what was done. Directly enter the amount incurred for Labor, Trip Charge and Material.

Enter your proposed costs, including a Description of what you plan to do. Directly enter the amount Proposed for Labor, Trip Charge and Material.

Enter Tax if required.

Click Calculate then Submit to send the request to the Customer. They will receive an email that the NTE Increase Request was submitted. Now you just wait for the approval!
