Manage Rates

Set Rates, Service Areas and Trades

Use the following screen to set what trades you service, where you are available and what your rates are. In FM Dashboard you are able to have different rates per service area and trade. This information will be displayed to the Chain Store so they can make decisions on which contractor to choose.

You are now able to select your customer from the drop down menu and apply rates according to each customer. 

• Select the applicable Trade
• Set your rate structure
• Add the zip code or state code for reference if rates change per region or area.
• IMPORTANT: Click the "Step 2: Assign Rates" tab to view and/or delete the rates assigned to customer locations.
