Submitting an RFP Quote
Once you have received an email stating a customer has asked for a request for proposal or RFP for a particular location, you can view each RFP from the left hand side by clicking RFPs.
From here you can see the list of RFPs that have been sent to you. Click on the RFP to review the details and submit a quote.
The quote screen is similar to entering an NTE Increase and/or quote. Just add a detailed description along with labor and materials broken out. Be sure to include any tax or trip charges. Upload any important documents you think the customer needs to see in order to approve the quote.
