Add Notes and Attachments

Updating your customers is IMPORTANT!!

For each work order you can add a note to let them know what is currently going on with the work order. This is critical to providing top-level customer service. All notes and attachments are saved in the system so you are able to view them later.

You can also add attachments at the bottom of the work order that will allow you to share photos and other documents prior to completion.
