Manage Required Documents

Your customers need you to have a valid and current W9 and COI (Certificate of Insurance) on file in order to pay you for your services. Please add those documents here and make sure they are updated. The system will notify you on your profile when these have expired. At the bottom of your Contractor Profile, click Add Document under the Required Documents section.

Select the applicable document type
Set the expiration date if any.
Attach the appropriate file.

Click Save and you're done!
